At Oasis Spa, we understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you find yourself running late for your appointment, here’s what you need to know:
1. Contact Us Immediately
If you are running late, please call us at 02-2622122 as soon as you know you will be delayed. We will make every effort to either postpone your appointment to a later time on the same day or reschedule it for a different day. However, please note:
- Same-day rescheduling may not always be possible if less than 3 hours' notice is given.
- We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure adequate time to prepare for your spa treatment.
2. Adjustments for Late Arrivals
A delayed arrival may result in:
- Loss of your requested room or villa.
- A shortened treatment session to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
- Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time will be considered a cancellation.
3. Reschedule Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we are happy to reschedule for a more convenient day and time, subject to availability. Last-minute changes can only be accommodated if they do not affect other guests' appointments.
