At Oasis Spa, we understand that plans can change, and we offer flexible options for canceling or rescheduling your booking. Below are the details to guide you through the process:

Cancellation for Online Bookings

If you made your reservation online, the following policies apply:

1. Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee applies to all online bookings.

   • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time.

2. No-Shows: If you fail to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount stated in your booking confirmation.

3. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, provided you inform us at least 4 hours in advance.
