- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time.

No-Shows: If you fail to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount stated in your booking confirmation.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, provided you inform us at least 4 hours in advance.
