Booking a Pickup
Follow these steps to schedule your complimentary transportation:

1. During Your Reservation Process:
When booking your spa session online or through our call center, inform the staff that you will require complimentary transportation.

2. Provide Pickup Details:
Share your exact pickup location, preferred time, and any special instructions (e.g., hotel name, specific landmarks).

3. Confirmation:

• Our team will confirm your pickup request along with your spa booking details.
• You’ll receive a confirmation message, including driver contact information, closer to your appointment time.

4. Arrival Time:
Be ready at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before the confirmed time to ensure a smooth transfer.

Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel your transportation request, please contact us through any of our communication channels at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
